Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based?

We are based in Cleveland, Ohio. We service the Cleveland area & surrounding areas in Cuyahoga County.

How do I schedule a service?

You may reach out to schedule a service by submitting a form on the Contact Us page, sending an email, sending a Direct Message on Facebook or Instagram, or sending us a text at (216) 489-6868.

Do you care for rare or exotic pets?

Yes! We offer our pet-sitting services to all companion species. We have experience with a variety of animals, including horses, birds, and snakes. If you don't see your animal's species listed on our website, please feel free to reach out to discuss how we can best be of service to you!

What are Adventures?

Adventures are basically field trips for pups! We'll pick up your pup for up to 2-hours of hiking, sniffing, & exploring in locations around the Cleveland Metroparks, Edgewater Dog Beach, Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Dog Park, Holden Arboretum, etc. This unique service guarantees your pup will be out of your hair for a couple hours and tired out when they get home!

Where does a Meet & Greet take place?

Meet and Greets take place at your residence! It is important for us that your pet is comfortable having us in their space and environment.

M&Gs are a great time for us to learn your pet's routine, discuss entry methods, and check out where the walking equipment, treats, food, and other supplies are located.

Do you have any dog breed restrictions?

Nope! All breeds are welcome!

Do you work with reactive dogs?

Yes! We are not dog trainers, but we will do our best to accommodate pups who are reactive. We are happy to experiment with exercise and activities that may help manage their reactivity when out and about.

We are also experienced with muzzle use if that is something you practice with your pup and would like to implement into our walks.

If for whatever reason it does not work out, we do have recommendations for local boarding facilities and dog trainers who may be able to better fit your needs.

Are there opportunities for pups to socialize?

Yes! While Standard Dog Walks only include the dogs in that household, Adventures may include dogs from different households under proper circumstances, permission, and behavior/temperament. Pups who become buddies will walk more often together. We can take 2-3 pups at a time!
