Where are you located?
Our Enrichment Center is located in Parma, Cleveland, Ohio in the Snowville Shopping Plaza at 5735 Chevrolet Boulevard. It is a free-standing building next to the BP.
Will other dogs be present during my dog gym session?
No! Every dog gym session is 100% private.
Are vaccines required to use the dog gym?
Yes! For the health and safety of every dog who visits our Enrichment Center, we do require all pups to be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper (DHPP or DHLPP), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). A recent titer test is also acceptable documentation. We have a 3-month grace period policy for expired vaccines. After the grace period, please ensure your pup's vaccines have been sent to us or uploaded to your profile.
What if there is a medical reason my dog can't receive a vaccine?
If your dog has a medical condition that prevents them from receiving a specific vaccination, kindly upload the necessary documentation and/or a veterinarian's note during the sign-up process.
How old do dogs have to be to visit?
Puppies must be at minimum 12-weeks-old to visit the dog gym and at least 4-months old to participate in applicable events and classes. To use our Doggie Treadmill or Mini Dog Teeter, dogs must be at least 5-months old.
We do recommend that puppies and new dogs are in the home for at least 3-months BEFORE participating in an event or class, but it is not required.
Do you have any dog breed restrictions?
Nope! All breeds are welcome!
Can I bring a friend and their dog as my Additional Dog? What about bringing my friend's dog by myself?
Sure! Our base price includes two dogs, so you're welcome to bring a friend and their dog. You are also welcome to bring a dog without their owner as your Additional Dog.
Everyone who comes into the center WITH a dog must have an account with us. You can sign-up by clicking the icon in the right-hand corner of our SimplyBook.Me page!
If you are bringing in another dog WITHOUT their owner present, it is your responsibility to ensure you've uploaded or emailed the additional dog's vaccination records.
Can dogs be dropped off to play?
​No! Pawents (or the caretaker at the time) must be present at dog gym sessions, unless previously agreed upon for training or class purposes.

Can I bring my own toys?
​Sure! If your dog is more specific and prefer their own items, feel free to bring enrichment toys from home!

What if my dog is reactive towards people?
No problem! If you have special requests for your reservation due to your dog's reactivity, please reach out and let us know in advance. We are more than happy to accommodate as much as we can to make your pup as comfortable as possible in our space!

Do dogs have to be spayed or neutered to visit the dog gym?
No, dogs do not have to be spayed or neutered to enjoy the private dog gym sessions. However, to participate in events, workshops, and select training classes, dogs must be spayed or neutered after 10-11 months old.
